Composition:

Dithranol, Salicylic acid, Monoglyceride, Perfume oil 

Description:

Odorless yellow or brownish ointment.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:

Antipsoriatic treatment  

Pharmachologic effect:

Psorantron C ointment is a cure for psoriasis. Its antipsoriotic effect is characterized by a cytostatic effect on the cells of the basal layer of the epidermis, which is characteristic of a group of hydroxyanthrone.

Indications for use: stationary forms of psoriasis vulgaris, having no more than 20% of the total skin surface.

Directions for Use:

Ointment should be applied locally in elevated concentrations.Treatment with 0.5% ointment once a day begins with a light touch (only in damaged tissue); After 30-60 minutes, the ointment is removed with a soft cloth or cotton wool, washed with warm water and smeared with a thin layer of boron vaseline. 3-4 days after the start of treatment, 1.5% ointment can be used. The course of treatment is on average 3-6 weeks.

Contraindications:

The use of ointment Psorantron C is not recommended in case of hypersensitivity in the stage of progression of psoriasis, exacerbation of psoriasis or severe inflammatory reaction to generalized vulgar psoriasis with more than 20% of body skin.

Interaction with other drugs:

Not installed.  

Special instructions

There is no clinical data on the efficacy and safety of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

Storage:

Store in a dark and cool place.
