Instructions for Authors
Dear Colleagues,
You can simply download the ISPC-2026 Abstract Template, fill it out, and save it as an MS-Word file named:
FIRST.LASTNAME_ABSTRACT_ISPC-26.docx (xxx.doc files are not acceptable)
if more than 1 abstract is presented, please add the corresponding number in the file name as follows:
FIRST.LASTNAME_[n]_ABSTRACT_ISPC-26.docx
Remember, please, that abstracts will be accepted only from registered members.
Abstracts should be submitted to the Organizing Committee at assocsypg@gmail.com before February 25, 2026.
Before submitting your abstract, please check the following specifications:
Abstracts should be written in English. The Organization Committee won’t accept abstracts written in any other language.
The abstract should be max. 2 pages in size A4, including figures, tables, references.
Margins should be 3 cm for top, right, left and bottom. The character font should be “Calibri” (preferrable) or “Sylfaen” in the whole document.
Title should be written in bold 12 pt size (centred)
Author’s names should be written in bold 11 pt (centred) with initials followed by dot and family name. The presenting author's name should be underlined.
! It is recommended to include no more than 6 authors per abstract
Affiliations should be written in italic 10pt size (centred).
E-mail of the corresponding author should be typed in italic 10 pt (centered) on a separate line.
Text of the abstract (11 pt) should be fully justified (use style “Normal”).
Figures (centered)—preferably B&W in *.jpg format with 300 pt resolution—will be accepted.
Figure captions – 10 pt (Left justified)

Chemical formulas and reaction schemes (if any) should be created in ChemDraw *.cdx format
Using the below Settings:

Atom Labels and Captions – Arial bold 12 pt
References should be formatted in accordance with the example below and should be cited in the text by square brackets, e.g. [24].
[n] Author, AA. Year of publication, 'Title of article,' Title of Journal, vol. volume number, no. issue number, pp. xx-xx.

[1] Smith, AB. 2015, Extraction of …., J. of Chromatography, vol. 2, no. 23, pp. 22-23
