Instruction for authors

Dear Colleagues,

you can simply download  GIBSTDDD-2024 Abstract Template here, fill it and save as a MS-Word  file named

    FIRST.LASTNAME_ABSTRACT_ GIBSTDDD-2024.docx ( .doc files are not acceptable )

if more than 1 abstract is presented, please, add corresponding number in file name as following

    FIRST.LASTNAME_[n]_ABSTRACT_ GIBSTDDD-2024..docx

Remember, please, that abstracts will be accepted only from registered members.

One author can be presented in no more than 2 abstracts.

No more than 5 authros are allowed per abstract

Before submitting your abstract, please check the following specifications, otherwise it will be rejected.

Abstracts should be written in English. Organizing Committee won’t accept abstracts written in any other language.

The abstract should be max. 2 pages size A4, including figures, tables, references.

Margins should be 3 cm for top, right, left and bottom. The character font should be “Calibri” (preferrable) or “Sylfaen” in the whole document.

Title  should be written in bold 12 pt size (centred)

Author’s names should be written in bold 11 pt (centred) with initials followed by dot and family name.  The presenting author should be underlined.

Affiliations should be written in italic 10pt size (centred).

E-mail of corresponding author should be typed in italic 10 pt (centred) on the separate line.

Text of the abstract (11 pt) should be fully justified (use style “Normal”) with no indents and spacings

Figures and Images*.jpg or *.png format (resolution not less 300 pt, Centre justified).

References should be formatted in accordance with the example below and should be cited in the text by square brackets, e.g. [n].

Abstracts should be submitted to the Organizing Committee  before July 15, 2024.
